 A 'Peasouper' is a dense fog, occurring typically in London at the end of the 19th century and so called because it was thick and... actually that's it.It wasn't even green. And there were no peas in it. However, PEASOUPER the play is a heart-wrenching tale of greed,jealousy and man's inhumanity to camels. It contains one song about armadillos by David and Tim, and is a murder/mystery, love, blood and guts epic.PEASOUPER was premiered at the Edinburgh Festival 1995, at which it won a FRINGE FIRST and a SPIRIT OF THE FRINGE award. |
